Every first Sunday of the month, we open the doors to our rehearsal centre on Picassoplatz and offer our audience the opportunity to encounter music in a very physical way. Under the guidance of experienced yoga teacher Nathalie Bont, both beginners and advanced practitioners are invited to immerse themselves in the world of yoga for 90 minutes. The yoga practice will be musically accompanied by musicians from the Basel Symphony Orchestra. Please bring comfortable and warm clothing as well as a yoga mat (if available). Duration: 90 minutes.
